MEMPHIS-CB Richard Ellis Memphis has completed the sale of two multifamily properties in Southeast Memphis. Belle LLC has purchased Oakshire, 300-unit apartment community situated just south of Holmes Road, from Lilo LLC and Great Midwest Properties has acquired Summer Trace Apartments, a 255-unit apartment community at 6015 Summer Trace, from Midland Loan Services.

Oakshire was sold for $2.3 million and Summer Trace was sold for $309,600. In the deals, Lilo and Midland Loan Services were represented by CBRE Memphis' Multifamily Division. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
