One Beach Street Office Building Trades for $36M

The buyer of One Beach St. was
San Diego-based REIT American Assets.

SAN FRANCISCO-The Swig Co., along with Angelo, Gordon & Co., has sold the 97,000-square-foot One Beach Street office building situated in San Francisco's North Waterfront area for roughly $36.5 million. The buyer was San Diego-based REIT American Assets.
The Swig Co. bought the property in April 2008. In the fall of 2008, Swig formed a joint venture partnership with Angelo, Gordon and refinanced the building. One Beach Street, constructed in the 1920s, is 100% occupied. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
