NEW BERLIN, WI-Moorland Commons, a 140,000-square-foot shopping center at 15500 W. Beloit Road in New Berlin, is facing a foreclosure lawsuit. A securities trust that is trying to gather $21.19 million on the retail center's mortgage has filed the lawsuit.

Moorland Commons was developed in 2001 by Madison-based E.J. Plesko & Associates Inc. EJP Moorland Commons LLC is the owner of the property. J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. issues a $17-million mortgage for the center in 2005. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
