DENVER-Studley has opened a new office in the Denver Tech Center, the firm’s second office in the Denver market, according to Mitchell Steir, chairman and CEO. The firm opened its first Denver office in the downtown area approximately 11 years ago.

“The timing is right to capitalize on our positive momentum and grow our position as the market leader in tenant representation and corporate advisory services,” explains Steir. Studley has tapped senior vice president Jim McGrath to serve as branch manager of the Denver Tech Center office.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, McGrath will spearhead recruiting efforts with the goal of hiring five real estate professionals in the next 24 to 36 months. He will be joined by managing director Tom Pappas and assistant director Ty Lufman, both of whom were formerly based at the firm’s downtown office.

“Given the size of the market, we have an excellent opportunity to expand our service offerings to our Metro Denver, Front Range and Rocky Mountain region clients,” explains Studley president Michael Colacino. “They will benefit immensely as our local capabilities will be significantly enhanced by the firm’s global reach and comprehensive platform of professional services.”

EVP and branch manager Rob Link will continue to lead the firm’s downtown office located at 1057 17th St. in downtown Denver. The new office is located along the I-25 corridor, and is in the heart of the largest submarket in the Denver area. According to Studley, the central location allows them to better serve the Metro Denver and Front Range market “while providing greater access to a diverse, professional workforce,” according to a prepared statement.
