SiriusXM in Two Manhattan Lease Deals

NEW YORK CITY-The satellite radio operator, home to Howard Stern, has renewed 215,923 square feet of space across two signature properties—1221 Ave. of the Americas and 5 Penn Plaza, according to reports in the NY Post.
