EUGENE, OR-Capstone Collegiate Communities LLC, a unit of Birmingham-based Capstone Development Corp., to construct an $80-million apartment complex in Eugene, Oregon. The Register-Guard has reported that the college apartment developer will construct a three-building complex in downtown Eugene.
The 300-unit complex will come up on five acres of land. Construction is scheduled to start in June after Capstone takes control of the Eugene property. For the full story, go to Birmingham Business Journal .
