WASHINGTON, DC-New York-based Paramount Group Inc. has purchased 2099 Pennsylvania Ave. NW from Vico Capital. The company has bought the trophy building, which measures 206,000 square feet, from Vico Capital for Paramount Group Real Estate Fund IV.
The purchase price of the trophy office building was not disclosed. As reported by Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., Paramount signed a deal to purchase the property late last year for $155 million.
