DURHAM, NC-Greenfire Development is planning to construct a transit-oriented residential complex in Durham. The $10-million apartment project will comprise 88 single- and double-bedroom units.

The project will come up at the corner of Willard and Jackson, beside the N.C. Mutual Insurance Co. structure. Greenfire Development will partner with development and construction firm Armada Hoffler on the project. Construction is expected to start in July and it will be completed by May 2013.
