CHARLOTTE, NC-Bank of America is planning to sell Hearst Tower, a 47-story, 970,000-square-foot office building in uptown Charlotte, and Fifth Third Center, a 30-story, 666,000-square-foot building in Charlotte. Both buildings are situated on the other side of Tryon Street, between Fifth and Sixth streets.

The Hearst Tower was developed in 2002 and The Fifth Third Center was developed in 1997. Charlotte-based BofA will lease back the space it uses in both buildings. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
