CHICAGO-A real estate company based in Canada has agreed to purchase a Loop office building for more than $95 million. Vancouver, British Columbia-based Onni Group of Cos. will buy the 645,170-square-foot building at 200 N. LaSalle St. from Woodland Hills, California-based Younan Properties Inc.

The deal will help Younan to discharge a securitized mortgage on the Loop tower, which is 66% leased. Onni Group will pay more than $147 per square foot for the building. An Eastdil Secured executive is handling the sale. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
