CINCINNATI-Minneapolis-based Dominium has acquired The Courtyard Apartments in Cincinnati's Roselawn neighborhood for approximately $3 million. The apartment complex, constructed in 1980, provides one-bedroom apartments for seniors.

According to a news release from Dominium, the company bought the Section 8 senior housing property in December from Aimco. The Hamilton County property records revealed that Dominium paid $2.97 million or nearly $21,667 per unit for the apartment complex.
