LEAWOOD, KS-Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC is relocating from Overland Park to Two Hallbrook Place in Leawood. The wealth management firm has leased 10,000 square feet at the 111,000-square-foot building near State Line Road and Interstate 435.

Two Hallbrook Place is owned by different Hall Family trusts. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney will move to the new location in the summer. NAI Capital Realty's Phillip Algrim represented the tenant, and Kessinger/Hunter & Co. LC's Greg Swetnam represented the landlord in the lease deal.
