Port Authority Plans $3.6B Overhaul of LaGuardia Airport

NEW YORK CITY-The bi-state transportation agency is exploring a public-private partnership deal to modernize the 1.3-million-square-foot central terminal building in Astoria, Queens. So far, 15 proposals have been filed.
