NEW YORK CITY-J. Calnan & Associates, a construction management firm based in Quincy, has completed refurbishment of the New York Buyers Office on the Avenue of Americas for the TJX Cos. The firm worked along with Syska Hennessey Engineers and Gensler to complete a 40,000-square-foot outfit on two floors of the Avenue of Americas building in midtown Manhattan.
