SEATTLE-Omeros Corp., a Seattle-based biotech company, has signed a lease for 64,500 square feet of space in the Waterfront Research Center, a 151,255-square-foot office building at 201 Elliott Ave. West in Seattle. The company has leased the space for 15 years from San Diego-based BioMed Realty Trust Inc.

The five-story building, which overlooks Myrtle Edwards Park, will be renamed as Omeros Building. The biotech company will relocate to the Waterfront Research Center later this fall. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
