ST. LOUIS-New York City-based American Realty Capital Trust III Inc. has acquired the Express Scripts building situated in the NorthPark development from 4400 N. Hanley LLC. The REIT has paid $42.6 million for the 227,467-square-foot building at 4400 N. Hanley near the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Express Scripts is leasing the entire building for its headquarters. The acquisition deal was closed on January 25. The building, a joint venture between Paric Corp. and Clayco, was developed last fall. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
