ELGIN, IL-Pancor Construction & Development LLC has started construction on a speculative industrial building in Elgin. The 166,000-square-foot facility is coming up at Randall Point Business Park situated near the junction of Randall Road and Interstate 90.

The Elgin-based company is building the facility along with Boston-based TA Associates Realty. Oakbrook Terrace-based NAI Hiffman brokers Adam Marshall and Dan Leahy are leasing the facility. Construction is expected to be completed this summer. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
