DALLAS-J.P. Morgan has selected Cassidy Turley to lease and manage a 2.5-million-square-foot office space owned by the firm's institutional investors. Cassidy Turley will manage Fountain Place, a 60-storty, 1.2 million-square-foot tower in Dallas, and Post Oak Central, a three-building complex comprising 1.3 million square feet in Houston.

The contract was granted to Cassidy by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Fountain Place is 90% leased and Post Oak Central is 94% leased. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
