DALLAS-Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc., a design consulting firm based in North Carolina, is moving from 12700 Park Central Drive to 12750 Merit Drive. The firm has leased an office space measuring 32,434 square feet at Park Central 789 near the southwest corner of North Central Expressway and LBJ.

The property is owned by Parmenter Realty Partners. Newmark Knight Frank's Kyle Jett and John Shaunfield represented the tenant, while Cousins Properties' Cynthia Cowen and Matt Schendle represented the owner in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
