JACKSONVILLE, FL-AIC Ventures has purchased an industrial building measuring 197,000 square feet in Jacksonville. The Austin-based has bought the building in a sales-leaseback deal from Southeastern Aluminum Products Inc.

The bathroom materials manufacturer wanted the sale-leaseback deal as a means to settle down debt. During the past one year, AIC Ventures has bought more than more than 846,000 square feet of office and industrial space in five states. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
