NASHVILLE-Melrose Biloxi Partners LLC has sold a retail center in Berry Hill for $4.7 million. The Melrose shopping center is located on the site of a planned 199-unit apartment project.

The approximately 7-acre site was purchased by Melrose Partners LLC. The property was previously sold for $4.2 million in 2007. A partnership between Nashville-based Fulcher Investment Properties, Inc. and Franklin-based Parkes Development Group, LLC proposed three apartment complexes at the site in 2010.
