SEATTLE-Three property sales totaling $118.8 million were completed in the Seattle area in less than a week. Claudio Guincher sold the 102-unit Carillon Heights and 29-unit Aqua View multifamily properties in Kirkland for $47.46 million to Archstone on January 27.

On January 31, Redhill Realty Investors sold the 304-unit Hampton Bay Apartments complex in Kent for $31.4 million to Hampton Bay and Arden Realty LP sold the West Willows Technology Center in Redmond to Griffin Capital New Lease REIT Inc. for $40 million.
