MILWAUKEE-Ogden & Co. Inc. of Milwaukee has completed the sale of two apartment buildings in Milwaukee. The company has sold a four-building property at 8704 W. Howard Ave. to a local investor for the Auer family.

A bank-owned apartment building at 7810 W. Calumet Road was sold to Curt Kandel, a local apartment landlord, for $250,000.
