MILWAUKEE-Wauwatosa-based Spectrum Development Group LLC has sold a West Good Hope Road strip mall for $900,000. A subsidiary of Wangard Partners Inc., which bought the Starbucks-anchored mall, is arranging tenants to fill a 3,700-squre-foot empty space in the building.

The 8,860-square-foot mall is situated southeast of the retail junction of North 76th Street and West Good Hope in Milwaukee. The property also houses a Subway store. Spectrum Development developed the retail property in 2006. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
