DURHAM, NC-Raleigh-based L Star Management and Charlotte-based Mountain Real Estate Capital have bought Brightleaf at the Park near Research Triangle Park in Durham. Financial details of the transaction were not revealed.

The master-planned community contains 900 residential plots, including single-family and townhome plots. L Star Management and Mountain Real Estate Capital are planning to develop 2,866 units at Brightleaf. Approximately 900 townhomes and single-family homes are yet to be constructed.
