RALEIGH, NC-A vacant Borders bookstore at the Creekstone Crossing shopping center in the Triangle region will be occupied by a new retail tenant. The Dollar Tree store chain has leased nearly 13,000 square feet of space in the building from New Jersey-based Greenway Financial.

The new Dollar Tree store is scheduled to open for business in late May or early June. Collett & Associates represented the tenant and Hunter & Associates Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in the deal. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
