JACKSONVILLE, FL-The Breaking Ground Contracting Co. will perform a $1.3-millin renovation of the Ed Ball Building at 214 Hogan St. N. in Jacksonville. The company has obtained a building permit to renovate the first, fifth and sixth floors and the basement of the Downtown office building.

The Municipal Code Compliance department will relocate to the first floor and the basement, the Environmental and Compliance department to the fifth floor and Teach for America to the sixth floor of the Ed Ball Building. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
