SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA-The Hoffman Co. reported that Taylor Morrison has purchased 132 plots in San Juan Capistrano. The home builder has bought a 28.35-acre parcel from Newport Beach-based Pacific Communities.

The 28.35-acre parcel is located in a gated community in the San Juan Hills Golf Course at the junction of Via Entrada and La Novia. Taylor Morrison will start construction soon on the site and homes will be ready for sale this summer. For the full story, go to Orange County Register .
