PORTLAND, OR-Kimpton Hotels has snapped up an 84-room hotel from Larkspur Hotels' four-star hotel collection. The company has bought the Riverplace hotel in Portland, Oregon.

LaSalle Hotel Properties bought the first Larkspur Collection in October 2011. Five more Larkspur Collection properties have changed hands recently. Two four-star Larkspur Collection hotels, the Belamar Hotel and Casa Munras, are still under Larkspur. Terms of the Riverplace deal were not disclosed.
