DAVIS, CA-A new student housing project will come up at the University of California Davis. Sundt Construction Inc., a Tuscon, Arizona-based company, has been awarded a design-build contract for the 330,000-square-foot, 1,200-bed student housing project.

Tercero Student Housing Phase III, a seven-building project, will contain 108 single units as well as 537 double units. It will also include computer centers, study areas, several lounges and gathering spaces. The $71-million project is expected to be completed in June 2014.
