TAMPA, FL-Johnson Capital has closed $75 million in debt and equity financing for a Southern California-based development and real estate investment firm on behalf of Santa Ana, California-based Focus Development. The company has closed the deal to facilitate the acquisition of a portfolio of multifamily properties in Florida and Texas.

The nine apartment communities contain a total of 1,271 units. The portfolio includes two properties in Orlando, five in Tampa and two in Pasadena, Texas. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
