ATLANTA-Bank of America Plaza in Atlanta was sold for $235 million in a foreclosure auction. JPM CC 2006 CIBC17 Office Limited Partnership, an associate of the bondholders, set the $235-million credit bid on the skyscraper.

Special servicer LNR Partners LLC of Miami advised the bondholders. BentleyForbes Group bought the 55-story tower, located at North Avenue and Peachtree Street, for $436 million in 2006. The only outside bid set on the building was $100,000. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
