MEMPHIS-Red Mountain Development, a developer based in Birmingham, Alabama, is planning to develop a $29-million multifamily project at the southwest corner of Forest Hill-Irene and Winchester roads. The Memphis/Shelby County Office of Planning and Development staff approved the apartment project with some conditions.

The project, known as Miller Creek Apartments, will feature 12 three-story apartment buildings with 328 units. It is included in the Forest Hill Heights Planned Development. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
