MEMPHIS-CB Richard Ellis Memphis has completed the sale of a retail center in Memphis. Coastal Equities Inc. has sold the Summer Commons shopping center for $4.8 million.

The 139,785-square-foot shopping center, located at 5124 Summer Ave., was purchased by Summer Commons LLC. The property's main tenants include Dollar Tree, Northern Tool and Save-A-Lot. Frank Quinn and Johnny Lamberson of CB Richard Ellis Memphis negotiated the sale on behalf of Coastal Equities. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
