TAMPA, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of an apartment community in Tampa. A limited liability company based in Tampa has purchased Fredericksburg Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 187 units at 13142 North 22nd Street, for $4.48 million.

The original developer of Fredericksburg Apartments was the seller. The property was constructed in 1968. Marcus & Millichap brokers negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
