AUSTIN, TX-Brian Liverman and Matt Frizzell of Stream Realty have closed two lease deals totaling 14,985 square feet at Bridgepoint Plaza I & II in Austin. Neverfail Inc. has signed a 5,016-square-foot lease and Anthem Ventures has signed 9,969-square-foot lease at the office building located at 5914 Courtyard Drive.

Glen Sorrell of the Don Cox Co. represented Neverfail and Diana Holford of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Anthem Ventures, while Liverman and Frizzell represented the property owner in both deals. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
