FORT WORTH-Hillwood Multifamily, an affiliate of Fort Worth-based Hillwood Properties, has started the second phase of the 130-acre Monterra Village development at Alliance Town Center. The second phase of the mixed-use community will include 262 apartment units with single-, double- and triple-bedroom unit design.
