DALLAS-Hotels.com is relocating its headquarters to Lincoln Centre in Dallas. The online travel provider has leased an office space measuring nearly 46,000 square feet in Lincoln Centre I located at the southeast corner of LBJ Freeway and the Dallas North Tollway.

Hotels.com will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of Lincoln Centre I. Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. brokers represented the tenant and Cousins Properties brokers represented TIAA-CREF, the landlord, in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
