CAP COM Moves Forward with its HQ Plans

ALBANY, NY-CAP COM Federal Credit Union is moving forward with its plan to build a new headquarters in Colonie. The Planning Commission has granted concept acceptance to the headquarters project so that CAP COM can proceed ahead to a site plan review.
CAP COM is planning to construct a four-story building measuring 92,950 square feet at 976 Loudon Road (Route 9). The company also has plans to buy the Colonie property from Fuccillo. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
