Mazda Acquires Three Orange County Buildings for $28M
IRVINE, CA-Voit Real Estate Services has reported that Mazda North American Operations has acquired an Irvine complex, which contains three buildings, for $27.75 million. EFT Holdings was the seller of the Irvine complex.
Mazda North American Operations' 155,499-square-foot R&D facility accommodates nearly 170 workers. The company is using the office/industrial space in Irvine for its R&D work. The complex includes 1424 McGaw, 1444 McGaw and 1421 Reynolds. For the full story, go to Orange County Register .
