Old Post Office Building in DC to Become Luxury Hotel

WASHINGTON, DC-Colony Capital LLC and a venture of Donald Trump's hotel company will redevelop the Old Post Office Building in Washington, DC, into a hotel. The proposed hotel will contain more than 250 guest rooms, ballrooms, restaurants and meeting space.

The U.S. General Services Administration has selected Colony and Trump Hotel Collection to convert the property into a Trump International Hotel. The Trump-Colony team is planning to spend $200 million in the hotel project. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
