DSW to Open Store at DC USA's Columbia Heights Development

(Mark Your Calendars: RealShare Apartments East, February 15th in Washington, DC).

WASHINGTON, DC-DSW, a shoe discount store, has leased 23,000 square feet of space at DC USA's Columbia Heights development. The retailer has been looking to occupy space at the Target-anchored development for some time.

The store is expected to be opened towards the end of 2012. Ryan Wilner with KLNB represented DSW, while Dave Dochter and Matt Alexander of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented DC USA in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
