AUSTIN, TX-San Francisco-based DivcoWest has purchased a two-building office project in northwest Austin. The investor has bought Prominent Pointe I & II, which comprise a total area of 261,243 square feet, from Aspen Properties.

Prominent Pointe I contains 153,312 square feet of space and Prominent Pointe II contains 107,931 square feet of space with a 671-space parking garage. Bart Matheney and Chad Barrett with Austin-based AQUILA Commercial negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
