SAN MARCOS, TX-Darren Casey has modified plans for a proposed apartment development on Sessom Drive. Last month, the San Marcos City Council decided to reject a rezoning request for the Sessom Drive project.

The original plan for the $63-million development called for 420 apartments, 4.5 acres of parkland and 17,000 square feet of retail space. Now, Casey has revised his plan to construct 52 single-family homes and use 1.2 acres land as parkland. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
