Woodland West Marketplace Gets New Owner

ARLINGTON, TX-An investment trust based in California has bought Woodland West Marketplace, a 176,414-square-foot retail center at Park Row Drive and Bowen Road in Arlington. Public non-traded REIT TNP Strategic Retail Trust Inc. has bought the two-building property, which comprises 176,414 square feet of space, for an undisclosed price.

The Tom Thumb Food & Pharmacy-anchored center is 87% leased. Other occupiers include Bank of America, Tuesday Morning, Hallmark, Goodyear and the U.S. Post Office. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
