HALLANDALE BEACH, FL-The Related Group is preparing to construct a new condo tower in Hallandale Beach. The Beachwalk tower will include 432 hotel rooms and 84 residences.

The proposed 31-story project will be situated on the Intracoastal Waterway. A Related affiliate acquired the Beachwalk development site from TD Bank in May 2011 for more than $2.9 million. The construction of cost of the Beachwalk project is expected reach $60 million and the market value of the property will reach $80 million at completion.
