MEMPHIS-AREA Properties Partners has acquired four industrial facilities totaling 834,708 square feet in Memphis for $23.6 million. The seller was Kansas City Life AREA Properties Partners Insurance Co.

The portfolio includes Memphis Distribution D located at 4100 Quest Way, Memphis International Airport Center situated at 3363 MIAC Cove, Southpark G situated at 4481 Pleasant Hill and Southpark H located at 4650 Quality Drive.
