NASHVILLE-An assisted living facility in Nashville has found a new owner. As reported by Davidson County property records, Toledo, Ohio-based Health Care REIT, Inc. has purchased Belmont Village of Green Hills for $35.4 million.

The 160-bed center is located at 4200 Stammer Place. It is the second biggest assisted living residence in Nashville. The Stammer Place property was sold by Belmont Village Green Hills LLC. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
