MILPITAS, CA-Creation Technologies Inc., an electronics contract manufacturer based in Canada, is expanding its space in Silicon Valley. The company will be moving from 2801 Northwestern Parkway in Santa Clara to a R&D building in Milpitas by June.

The company has leased the one-story, 79,085-square-foot structure on 1855 Barber Lane from iStar Financial Inc. Craig Petersen and Mike Webber of Kidder Mathews negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Creation Technologies. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
