TAMPA, FL-Time Warner Business Services LLC has signed a contract to lease an office space measuring 23,289 square feet at LakePointe Two at Tampa Bay Park located at 3111 West Dr. M.L. King Blvd. in Tampa. The eight-story building, which measures 223,005 square feet, is owned by Highwoods Properties Inc. of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Terms of the lease deal were not disclosed. Jack Hoskins of CBRE Group represented the tenant and Laurie Alden represented the landlord in-house in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
